A 75-minute 1:1 session to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your existing inner wisdom.

Working one-on-one with me is about reclaiming your authority, reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may be silenced or overlooked, and finding clarity in moments of transition, uncertainty, or creative tension. I meet you where you are, and together we explore what’s actually happening beneath the surface of your life, work, or inner landscape.

I see the patterns underneath experience - the cycles, old beliefs, open questions, and untapped potential that quietly shape how you move, decide, and create. Through attuned presence and empathic resonance, I sense emotional and energetic dynamics and help bring them into language, light, and choice. This creates space to regulate, soften, and unburden what’s been weighing on you or keeping you stuck.

Much of this work supports what I call reorientation - shifting your focus away from external and empty “fixes” and more towards yourself and inner guidance system. I want to help you remember what you came here to express. Together, we gently examine outdated patterns and belief systems, making room for greater ease, honesty, and forward movement.

I act as a close witness, sounding board, and pattern disruptor - helping you see your situation from new angles, clarify what actually matters, and identify the next true step. The shifts we cultivate often continue unfolding well beyond the session itself.
