Your attuned support continues throughout our time together in the Sacral Star Gate of Sarasota and extends beyond the retreat‘s Closing Circle. You’ll have space to reflect, integrate, and reconnect with your truth - your Song.
Held is an extended container designed to support your retreat arc.
How we’ll journey together 🎶
1) Opening conversation (60 minutes)
Before the retreat, we'll meet together 1:1 to explore what's most alive for you right now. We'll begin orienting toward whatever is quietly asking for your attention so you arrive at the retreat already connected to what matters most.
2) remote intuitive Reading
After our first conversation, you'll receive an asynchronous intuitive reading crafted specifically for you. I’ll spend time sitting with what you've shared. I follow intuition first, allowing whatever naturally arises before working with tarot and oracle cards to illuminate deeper themes, hidden dynamics, or places that may be asking for your attention. When Reiki energy or intuitive messages want to move through - as they often do! - I allow those to become part of the reading as well.
This remote reading is an invitation to see yourself and your situation from another angle.
3) Pre-retreat grounding (60 minutes)
We'll meet 1:1 again before the retreat to explore what surfaced in your reading. Together we'll untangle what's resonating, notice what feels true, and help you enter the retreat with greater clarity, intention, and trust in yourself.

Throughout the retreat, from a place of familiarity and awareness of your story, I’ll understand what you’ve been carrying and can support you inside the retreat from that place of continuity.
5) integration & Landing (60 minutes)
After you've returned home from Siesta Key, we'll reconnect. This session is devoted to helping you land. We'll acknowledge what has shifted and gently orient toward carrying your retreat insights into your everyday life.
